I'll never forget the moment I realized there was something deeper to my chronic pain than the physical. I was the physician, and I still couldn't find my own answer. That realization moved me from clinician to Medical AstroIntuitive, and it changed everything. It let me heal my own pain, and it let me guide other women through theirs. I know what it feels like to do everything right and still hurt. Out of my own searching I built the Shadow Alchemy Method, a way of holding Medical AstroIntuition, Jungian shadow work, and identity reprogramming together to reach the body where the illness actually begins, at its spiritual root. When I'm not helping women find their inner healer, you can find me out and about at music festivals, traveling, spending time with friends who are up to no good, and snuggling my beautiful cat Lana on a cozy evening.
